Should be a wiring diagram on the inside of one of the evap panel covers, and I would think the new condensing unit should come with a generic system wiring diagram. If you don't know the sequence of operation, it would be very difficult to properly instruct you on detailed wiring concerns (not that we could in this forum anyway). And as far as sequence of operation, there are entire books written on refrigeration theory and system sequence of operation.it would be next to impossible to explain it in a few sentences/paragraphs to someone who is not already familiar with the trade.
