The requirement of these instructions to be available in all languages of those European countries that RINGFEDER trailer couplings are delivered to was the reason for RINGFEDER to have the instructions not only translated into all European languages but also into Asian languages.
The new instructions are rather focussing on explanatory illustrations and graphic representations which not only contribute to a better understanding but also considerably reduce the volume of pages which, in turn is for the benefit of the environment. A newly developed service manual will replace the existing repair instructions to accomplish the changes in this field. The new RINGFEDER service manual will be edited in German and English and, similar to the operating instructions it will include more graphic representations. The service manual will be made available to all customers in a bound copy as well as in the form of a PDF-file in the download area of RINGFEDER’s website.

BPW Transpec has launched its brand new Ringfeder 303AUS, showing the result of years of teamwork between Ringfeder and BPW Transpec engineers to modify and enhance its predecessor, the Ringfeder 202AUS. “We are pleased to be bringing the 303AUS to the market, and know the enhancements to the product will benefit our customers,” said Wayne Koppman, Ringfeder Product Expert – who added that the new model is specifically designed to suit the unique Australian conditions, giving the customer better performance and service life. With a rotating two part coupling bolt, BPW said that users of the Ringfeder 303AUS will benefit from an increased ‘D’ value from 285kn to 320kn, a static load rating to a maximum of 2,500kg and enhanced design of the tip of the manual safety device. 'Customers can be confident knowing the product is supported by BPW Transpec’s back-up and service, and existing genuine Ringfeder parts and rebuild kits for the 101AUS and 202AUS are suitable for the 303AUS,' the company said in a statement.
